The Kindness of the Majes river has provided foods to the Andean people of the Wari culture and to the Spanish colonists until today day with its exquisite shrimps. Durby and Julio continue cooking in the same way our ancestors did it. The use of log and vegetal charcoal is used as part of the preparation to make the following dishes: Fried shrimps with French fries, rice and salad. Grilled shrimps marinated with wine, french fries, salad and rice. Shrimp soup with "paicco" seasonings. Breaded shrimp with salad and rice Civinche, shrimp seasoned with red vinegar, served with boil potatos and salad.
